Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued for orders cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. However we levy a charge of 10% as cancellation charges in any kind of cancellation. No exceptions made.

Refunds will be processed for orders with quality issues, such as incorrect items received or product defects, if reported within 12 hours of receipt. For sensitive items, it is always recommended for clients to pick up the item themselves as we rely on third party vendors for transport.

No refunds are available for orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. No exceptions made.

Refunds will not be provided for changes in taste preferences or dissatisfaction with product appearance, as taste and appearance are subjective.

Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed or affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or delivery service disruptions. However, in this case the customer will be informed.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team or assigned store manager with your order details and reason for the refund request.
